Conveying a film’s visual identity means capturing its mood, characters, and storytelling through powerful still images. Based in Venice a city steeped in cinematic atmosphere. I work as a unit still photographer, creating visuals that reflect the director’s vision and support the film’s narrative and promotional journey.
Magic is born in the silence of the set. My photographs are born from careful and discreet observation, respecting the creative flow of production. Like an invisible witness, I capture the tension of a crucial scene, the intensity in the actors’ eyes, the director’s concentration. Each shot reveals the narrative essence of the project and the pulsating energy that animates the behind-the-scenes.
My experience spans productions of all sizes: from international sets to local independent productions, from evocative interiors to Venetian landscapes that provide a natural backdrop. I oversee every stage of filming, from set-up to final take, documenting both the technical and emotional moments.
Over the years, I have collaborated with film productions, historical sets, theater companies, and directors. Among my most significant experiences:
2021: film still photographer for the film Across The River and into the Trees (Fossalta, Treviso, Sernaglia della Battaglia).
2022: Still photographer for the Spanish TV format Rojo Caramelo (Production: Movistar+ – Zeppelin TV).
2023: Still photographer for the Teatro Stabile del Veneto, production of The Passion of the Christ, directed by Andrea Chiodi.
2024: Still photographer for the RIVA EL-ISEO commercial, produced by Pagliai Film Group.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with film productions, historical sets, theater companies, and internationally renowned directors. These experiences have honed my sensitivity in interpreting the director’s intentions and capturing the essence of a scene.
I work primarily in Venice and Northern Italy, but my passion for cinema knows no geographical boundaries. I’m available to travel wherever your story needs to be told through images.
The productions that have placed their trust in my work as a film still photographer are documented on IMDb and the main industry portals, evidence of a professional path built frame by frame, story by story.
